What it asks
Policy and governance, access control, operations, resilience and vendor management, phrased as closed questions with room to explain. We describe the shape here in our own words; the questionnaire text itself belongs to its publisher.
How we answer it
The same way as everything else: your documents are read, each question matched to evidence, every answer grounded in a quote you can check. It comes back in its original layout, filled.
